
Children (Ages 5-7)
Dancers begin building a foundation in classical and contemporary dance techniques while continuing to develop coordination, musical awareness, and confidence. They will explore basic ballet, jazz, and hip-hop fundamentals, emphasizing posture, rhythm, and expressive movement. Classes encourage creativity while refining body awareness and control.

Pre Ballet 1
Ages 5 & 6 – Two classes per week strongly recommended
Designed for young dancers, this class builds on skills learned in Creative Movement, introducing basic ballet vocabulary and technique in a structured yet fun environment. Students develop coordination through floor exercises for flexibility and foot strength, as well as movement patterns that reinforce straight legs, pointed feet, posture, and placement. Fundamental ballet concepts such as 1st and 2nd positions, plié, and relevé are introduced.

Pre Ballet 2
Two classes per week strongly recommended.
This level further refines coordination and introduces more sequence-based exercises to prepare students for Ballet 1. Dancers build strength and flexibility through structured floor exercises while improving their ability to follow patterns and maintain proper placement in the room. Emphasis is placed on straight legs, pointed feet, and posture. Basic ballet vocabulary and technique are reinforced, ensuring a smooth transition into formal ballet training.

A fun and energetic introduction to jazz dance! This class focuses on developing coordination, rhythm, and basic jazz movements in an engaging and supportive environment. Young dancers will learn foundational skills such as isolations, simple turns, and footwork while building confidence and musicality.
